Current models are not adapted to the growing complexity and uncertainty at economic, social and environmental level.
What drives organisation forward is a shared vision led by leaders and adopted by all stakeholders, requiring evolution of leadership models and company culture.
My proposal is to work with business leaders and key stakeholders (internal experts, board members, external stakeholders,...), and with collective intelligence at play, define what the key strengths and pathways to develop resiliency and sustainability, with prosperity, people and planet targets aligned.
